We are currently looking for an equally forward-thinking Business Developer, who will undertake business-oriented tasks of the company, ensuring the effective promotion and sales of our cutting-edge products and projects.

Your goals:

• Collaborate with the Business Development Department to conduct market analysis and research to define goals and targets.

• Create the business plan for our product EFFICIOUS and participate in its promotion and sales.

• Participate in the design of the company’s venture studio while continuously supporting the generation of product ideas.

• Monitor and report on communication activities with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and sales optimization.

• Cultivate and maintain business networks through effective communication and engagement with partners and stakeholders.

• Execute dissemination and communication activities for company projects, including participation in events and expos.

What we are looking for in candidates:

• BSc or MSc in a field relevant to business management, economics, or marketing.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business strategy, market analysis, and marketing or in a similar position.

• Knowledge of modern business development strategies such as Lean Startup, Working Backwards, Design Thinking.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, both remotely and in person, with experience in content creation.

• Proven experience with (some) visual and presentation platforms such as Miro, Figjam, PowerPoint, Canva.

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn new concepts.

• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.

• A collaborative mindset, team spirit, and a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking.

What we consider a plus:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).

• Solid knowledge of a third language.

• Knowledge of designing/implementing or working under Agile project management schemes.

• Previous experience in a marketing agency.
