• Conduct administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

• Facilitate CV screening, interview scheduling, and record maintenance to optimize recruitment

• Organize and participate in recruiting events, such as career fairs and presentations

• Enhance OPAP’s employer brand through social media, events, and networking

• Act as an OPAP Brand Ambassador by promoting initiatives and engaging with relevant networks

• Build relationships with educational institutions and actively manage Youth Programs

• Studies in Business Administration, Management of Science and Technology or any other relevant field

• MSc in Human Resources Management or MSc. in Digital Learning

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

• Effective interpersonal skills and team player spirit

• Time management and organizational skills

• Very good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
