Αρμοδιότητες

Conduct all administrative activities related to L&D initiatives (e.g. prepare trainee lists, forms and sends invitations, manage post-event documentation/feedback forms, update L&D calendar, follows-up and monitor participation of all stakeholders etc.)

Handle the facilitation and admin preparation of the training programs and courses (induction program, workshops, etc.)

Prepare and send relevant training meeting requests

Create relevant communication material to promote L&D actions (posts, images, infographics, articles etc.)

Monitor all employees’ training activity and prepare relevant reports

Analyze the users’ feedback (classroom & eLearning modules)

Respond to ad-hoc assignments to meet business needs that are not specifically or previously described and are related to the content of current job and the personal skills and capabilities
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
-
Studies in Business Administration, Management of Science and Technology or any other relevant field
-
MSc in Human Resources Management or MSc. in Digital Learning
-
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
-
Effective interpersonal skills and team player spirit
-
Time management and organizational skills
-
Very good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
