We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our People team as a Talent & Employee Experience Specialist.

Role:

In this role you will be a part of Talent & Employee Experience team which is responsible for the identification and development of talent, core capabilities building, skilling and reskilling to encourage focused and effective development of our people. You will also actively participate in designing and promoting employee experience initiatives to create an impact on employee engagement.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Supports, monitors and reports on doLearn Academy, and administers its
  • operation
  • Laisses and collaborates with SMEs and key stakeholders for the development and update of learning content and material in various formats, using solid learning design principles; sources and curates learning content according to specific needs
  • Scans the market for best-in-class vendors and learning solutions
  • Use e-learning authoring tools to design experiences that include interactive activities, animations, graphics and images, text-based content and assessments
  • Design training materials and content for learners and instructors (including but not limited to facilitator guides, presentation decks, participant workbooks, job aids)
  • Administers, feeds and works through SAP Success Factors.
  • Administers Performance management System (goal setting, mid year review, end of year)
  • Creates learning journeys, manages participants, curate content & generates reports on usage.
  • Participates in the execution of retention, engagement & recognition programs, employee appreciation campaigns and corporate sponsored company-wide employee engagement activities.
  • Helps in management of execution of the annual employee engagement surveys, including analyzing impact, activating action items, and designing Annual Action Plan and follow-up priorities
  • Develops communication material for all company’s internal communication channels
  • Actively participates in Employer Branding Initiatives

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or other related field. Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • 4+ years of experience in L&D in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in instructional design and delivery
  • Target oriented, with strong skills in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling personal workflow
  • Capable to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
  • Team oriented, with ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills both in Greek and in English language
  • Digital savvy, focused on learning technologies
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiar with SAP Success Factors (L&D and Performance Management)
  • Knowledge and previous experience with Instructional Designing as well as use of respective Softwares (i.e. Adapt, Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond)will be an asset
