Adecco HR is the global leader in HR services, certified in Greece with ISO 9001:2015 in the field of search and selection services and temporary placement. Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, Roche Diagnostics, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position.

Website Manager

Job Description:

• Drives the localization of the Diabetes Care website, ensuring alignment with market-specific regulatory, linguistic, and cultural requirements.
• Collaborates with local marketing, commercial, and digital teams to tailor content and functionalities to enhance engagement and user experience.
• Localizes the global website map based on input from local marketing and product management.
• Localizes new global content and migrates existing local content to the new website.
• Optimizes SEO, metadata, and content structure for regional search performance.
• Controls the quality of uploaded content and provides timely, structured feedback to the outsourced IT team responsible for uploading.
• Acts as the primary point of contact between global, regional, and local teams, facilitating the smooth adoption of the unified portal.
• Manages localization timelines, dependencies, and approvals, ensuring seamless execution across multiple markets.
• Ensures clear communication and expectation management with stakeholders across different functions and regions.

 Candidate Profile:

• University Degree (AEI / TEI / College)
• Experience in web portal localization—preferably in the healthcare industry.
• B2C digital marketing experience, particularly in launching and optimizing localized digital platforms.
• Fluency in English & Greek
• Specific tools: gSheets and Drupal CMS
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple markets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global, regional, and local teams.
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless coordination across different markets and cultures.
• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
