Your purpose
As an HR Intern, you’ll be an essential part of our HR team, gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions. You’ll learn how to support recruitment, employee management, and HR projects, helping ensure the smooth operation of our HR department and contributing to the overall employee experience.

A small idea of your daily tasks
•Support in CV screening and candidate sourcing.
•Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
•Compile and update employee records and assist in payroll preparation.
•Process documentation and prepare reports related to staffing, recruitment, and training activities.
•Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.
•Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to HR executives.

What you bring
•BSc degree (AEI/ ATEI) in Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or any related field
•Excellent command of Greek and English language, written & verbal
•MS Office literacy (Especially in Excel)
