TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

The role reports to HR Manager Greece

Key Accountabilities

• Manages end to end the Talent Acquisition Cycle, building strong candidate experience (identifies recruiting needs, manages recruitment process, implements onboarding, etc.)

• Builds strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (senior leaders, hiring managers and external agencies)

• Serves as the subject matter expert in all areas of recruitment

• Supports design and implementation of various HR initiatives

• Acts as company ambassador, representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Psychology or any other related field

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset

• 1-2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Business partnering role. Experience in a multinational environment of FMCGs would be a plus

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel, powerpoint, etc.)

• Success Factors Knowledge will be considered an asset

• Fluency in English language, both written & spoken
