The Role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to enhance and develop our web and mobile products. You’ll work with cutting-edge relationship-building tools used by businesses and professionals worldwide.

• Develop and improve cross-platform applications using Ionic, Angular, Capacitor, and modern frontend technologies.

• Work on both mobile and web products, helping them scale and evolve.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in frontend development at a web or mobile-focused product company.

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).

• Proficiency in cross-platform mobile development (Ionic, Capacitor, React Native, or native mobile) is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing and modern release workflows also a plus.

• Strong collaboration, ownership, and communication skills in a remote-friendly, global team.

Our hiring process is designed to be efficient, thorough, and transparent:

1. Intro Call (45 min) – A video call to introduce ourselves, discuss the role in more detail, and understand your background and career goals. This is a chance to ask any initial questions.

2. On-Site Interview (3.5 hours including breaks) – A comprehensive in-person interview consisting of three parts:

   • Problem Solving (1 hour): A discussion and analysis of real-world problems to assess your problem-solving approach.

   • Algorithms and Data Structures (1 hour): A technical exercise focusing on your understanding and application of algorithms and data structures.

   • Live Coding (1 hour): A hands-on coding session where you'll solve a small but realistic task that simulates actual work.

3. Final Discussion (15–30 min) – A wrap-up session with our leadership team to discuss your experience, team fit, and next steps.

We aim to complete the process within 2–3 weeks.
