Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located in the Thessaloniki Metropolitan Area. The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative assistance, manage expense reports, offer executive support, ensure effective communication, and provide general administrative assistance on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in office software and communication tools
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent English and Greek language
Budget: 12.000€- 16.000€ per year including taxes
