Job Description
• Responsible for Syzefxis call center activities
• Responsible for 1st and 2nd-level support activities for Syzefxis customers.
• Act as 1st level management escalation point for customer-related issues
• Cooperate with internal teams to succeed in best-supporting results and delivering the company’s targets
• Cooperate closely with external partners to ensure technical issues’ resolution within the required standards
• Manage technical incident reports
Candidate Profile
• University degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Physics or Computer Science
• Experience in telecommunications or Computer Systems or Computers networking and Internet services is considered a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
• Good knowledge Microsoft windows and MS Office programs
• Excellent knowledge of xDSL technology and DSLAMs, as well as Transmission/ Transport and IP Networks
• In depth end to end knowledge of fixed voice/ Internet telecommunication network operation
