We're looking for experienced Senior Digital Business Analysts to join our Strategy & Consulting team. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, helping clients define their digital transformation strategies and execute high-impact initiatives.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, engaging directly with clients to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and design digital solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects by translating business needs into clear requirements and strategic recommendations
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and journey mapping sessions
• Analyze and document current state processes, define target state solutions, and support implementation planning
• Collaborate with UX, tech, and delivery teams to ensure business objectives are met
• Provide subject matter expertise in digital tools, platforms, and trends
• Contribute to proposals, client pitches, and internal knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital or consulting environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
• Familiarity with digital ecosystems, emerging technologies, and data-driven strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Greek and English)

Nice to Have

• Experience in industries such as financial services, telecom, or public sector
• Certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile/Scrum)
• Background in UX, service design, or product ownership
