Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Property Consultant in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through property transactions, ensuring seamless sales and rental processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Facilitate sales and rentals of residential and commercial properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, buyers, and sellers.
- Organize and lead property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate deals effectively to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in consulting and real estate.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated sales expertise with a track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
