ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant.

Location: Northern Suburbs of Athens

Working Model: Hybrid Model

Contract: Fixed-term contract with the perspective of renewal

What you will do:

• Assist in establishing and maintaining the company’s brand identity
• Collaborate with the design team to develop branding assets
• Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials
• Manage the complete setup for various events
• Oversee the design, production, and installation of banners for conferences and events
• Monitor and manage expenses, invoices, and accruals
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute marketing campaigns

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing

• Professional Certifications or seminars in the field of marketing
• Experience as a Marketing Assistant, Junior Marketing Associate, Marketing Trainee will be highly appreciated
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry will be considered as a plus
• Excellent command of the English language
• Computer literacy with keen knowledge of the Microsoft Office
• Keen communicator with strong presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and ensure the adherence to strict deadlines
