We are seeking an HR Administrator for a leading multinational telecommunications company.
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join the company's HR team. The role combines operational HR responsibilities with administrative support, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will actively contribute to HR operations, support payroll processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor law requirements.
Main Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, Scan or equivalent).

Support the administration of medical insurance agreements (additions/removals of members), pension plans, and monthly reporting of insurance premiums.

Act as the liaison with the accounting department for Payroll, ensuring accurate data submission and deadline compliance.

Process and track overtime declarations and ensure timely registration in ERGANI.

Monitor and update shift schedules for employees working in shifts, ensuring accuracy in attendance and records.

Manage quarterly employee benefits (e.g., Supermarket vouchers).

Ensure accurate data processing for resignations/terminations through SuccessFactors.

Provide support to HR Advisor and assist in payroll-related tasks.

Manage employee lifecycle processes, including recruitments, terminations, and onboarding support.

Ensure compliance with Greek labor law and internal HR policies.
- Monitor and track HR communications, ensuring timely follow-up and consistency across departments.
Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in HR operations/administration.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Strong ability to manage own time, priorities, and resources to meet goals.

Familiarity with Greek labor law and ERGANI system is a strong asset.

Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Scan or similar).

Attention to detail and strong accuracy in handling data and deadlines.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high-performance expectations.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
