People Analytics Specialist (Ref. 6013/PAS/ESS/GR) – Hybrid


About the Role

The People Analytics Specialist will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to support HR initiatives and business decisions. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards & People Analytics, the role focuses on turning data into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and analysis that enhance HR processes and organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyze HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, productivity, engagement).
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into HR and business leaders.
  • Apply analytical tools and methods to support workforce planning, rewards and talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Support HR projects related to employee engagement, performance management and organizational planning.
  • Provide data-driven insights to the Head of Total Rewards & People Analytics for use in strategic decision-making.


Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in HR analytics, data analysis or business intelligence, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to build dashboards and reports that translate data into clear business insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English. Knowledge of German will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity and passion for leveraging data to improve HR practices.
