Are you passionate about technology, procurement, and working in a dynamic international environment? Join our team and play a key role in managing contracts, vendors, and strategic sourcing processes for tech products and services.

What you will focus on

• Manage Contracts & Internal Requests: Create, track, and maintain contracts in ERP systems while collaborating with internal & external partners.
• Prepare Reports & Analytics: Collect data and prepare insights on tech spend, cost savings, KPIs, and compliance.
• Vendor Management & Onboarding: Support onboarding processes, handle documentation (NDA, Due Diligence), and communicate with vendors.
• Assist in RFx Processes: Gather offers, conduct market research, and prepare comparison tables for supplier evaluation.
• Support Buying & Taxonomy: Manage requests from the Buying Desk and update supplier categorization.
• Collaborate Globally: Participate in weekly and monthly Group Tech Sourcing meetings.

Who we are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, administration, or IT-related support.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or IT.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or procurement tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
