We are currently seeking to employ a talented and highly-motivated“Senior Health Network Development Officer” to join our team.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Health Business profitable growth by supporting development of sustainable ecosystems and ensuring access of customers to qualitative healthcare services through cost efficient agreements with third parties.

YourKey Responsibilitieswill be to:

• Research, identify and evaluate new collaborations with Healthcare Providers and third parties based on specific criteria, business and sales needs. Monitoring of healthcare and health insurance market on external stakeholders' developments.
• Negotiate new and existing collaborations with Healthcare Providers and third parties. Build strong networking acting as a company ambassador. Participates in Strategic projects and support development of strategic partnerships with providers based on business needs and ecosystems strategy.
• Prepare agreements with Healthcare Providers and third parties and participate in all relevant meetings. Perform regular follow-up meetings and renegotiate existing agreements) as per plan.
• Monitor KPIs and related reports on a regular basis and evaluate Healthcare Providers’ performance (e.g. Doctors report, Factbooks, Paid Claims report, High Claims report, health procurement benefits ad-hoc reports, costs benchmarking). Monitor special agreements and ensure necessary actions are taken.
• Support Interamerican’s Healthcare Providers network by facilitating requests and finding solutions to BAU requests. Train Healthcare Providers network on IAG procedures and systems. Support implementation of IT related solutions. Facilitate and coordinate cooperation with own infrastructure (Athinaiki & Medifirst).
• Support health business sustainability by participating in related projects providing input and using his/her expertise in order to support health insurance business objectives
• Monitor on a regular basis Group, Regulatory & other requirements (e.g. outsourcing policy, GDPR etc.) in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (eg. General Procurement, Compliance, Legal, DPO, IT Security) and take action in order to ensure compliance of Healthcare Providers agreements with set requirements.
• Manage internal stakeholders (e.g. IVP Tribe, Claims, U/W, Sales, Group business, Marketing etc.) by obtaining input regarding business needs, supporting problem solving, and exchanging feedback in order to identify gaps in agreements and evaluate providers, aiming at overall improvement of customer journey.
• Translate product design and improvements in concrete requirements for new partnerships.
• Develop and share knowledge in their own field with relevant internal stakeholders, for example by providing training.

Knowledge/Experience:

• BSc & MSc Degree (AEI/TEI) in Business & Administration, Health Services Management or in a similar field
• Certified in Insurance is desirable
• Professional experience in Health Services and/or Health Insurance Ops. Knowledge of Project Management & MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent negotiation skills and strategic way of thinking
• Solid knowledge of enterprise systems
• Solid knowledge of building a business case
• Solid understanding of health customer journey
• Solid understanding of Healthcare business, product structure and claims process.
• Constant monitoring and thorough understanding of Healthcare Services market evolutions
• More than 6 years of working experience in relevant field
