We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist based in our offices in Athens - Kolonos to evolve our dynamics in Greece and Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Support the setup, monitoring and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid media platforms
- Assist in daily account management, including bid adjustments, basic testing and campaign updates
- Conduct keyword and audience research to support customer acquisition efforts
- Help prepare performance reports (GA4, Looker Studio) and monitor KPIs such as ROAS and conversions
- Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with Content & Creative teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Up to 1 year professional experience in performance marketing position
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and paid media performance metrics
- Good analytical skills and ability to understand business needs
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Greek & English
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
