Krannich Solar, one of Europe’s leading distributors of photovoltaic systems, is looking for an Operations Team Member to support the daily coordination and improvement of internal operational activities across the Eastern European region. In this role, you will assist with operational workflows, support internal teams, and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, digitalization, and collaboration within the organization. The position is based on-site at our facilities in Ionia, Thessaloniki, and involves working with international teams within the Krannich Group.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily operational activities and internal workflows
• Assist in coordinating operational tasks across different departments
• Help monitor operational processes and maintain internal documentation
• Collaborate with teams across the Eastern Europe region
• Contribute to initiatives focused on process improvement and digitalization
• Assist in tracking operational progress and supporting reporting activities
Requirements
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience with SoftOne ERP
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms
• Previous experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
• Strong computer and digital skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
