We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the field, that will be working on a shift of 18:00-02:00. We are looking for professionals who are based mainly in Thessaloniki, however, we are considering applications from applicants all over Greece.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate with Shipping Lines and other logistics-related companies overseas (truckers, customs agents etc.)

• Maintaining a stellar relationship with our logistics partners 

• Develop a deep understanding of the freight market in the area under her/his scope

• Collaborate internally with many different teams in the group

• Deal and sort out issues in transportation, logistics systems and operational issues in a timely & effective way

• Check & approve/dispute invoices

• File and register documents accurately 

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration

• Previous experience in the shipping industry (ocean transportation) is a plus

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Customer-centric approach

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
