Your main responsibility
- Plan, Curate & Disseminate News:Receive, assess, prioritize, and coordinate all company news with relevant stakeholders; monitor internal updates and employee data.
- Run & Manage Communication Campaigns:Design and execute engaging campaigns in collaboration with the People Experience team; create and monitor newsletters and SMS communications.
- Own Internal Communication Channels:Manage all SIG internal platforms including Viva Engage, the intranet, emails, newsletters, instant messaging, and the YouTube channel.
- Drive Engagement & Events:Organize internal initiatives and events (e.g. ESG activities, contests, celebrations) to foster brand connection, morale, and employee satisfaction.
- Support Strategic Communication Needs:Contribute to Employer Branding, corporate communication materials, and emergency communication procedures in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Create & Develop Visual Content:Design creatives and branded materials for posts, posters, seminars, workshops, and department presentations; support IC communities and best-practice research.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
- Language & Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English, with a proven track record in content creation across various channels and styles.
- Digital & Tech Proficiency:High computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), Canva (or other design tools), and newsletter platforms like Mailchimp.
- Platform Management:Hands-on experience managing internal and external communication tools, including SoMe, Intranet, and Viva Engage.
- Organizational & Multitasking Abilities:Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills & Attention to Detail:Strong interpersonal capabilities, with a collaborative mindset and a sharp eye for detail in every task.
