Milkplan is looking for aHR Recruiterto strengthen its HR Department.

Responsibilities

• Delivering full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to candidate engagement & feedback

• Organizing and participating in internal and external recruiting events, including university career fairs

• Communicating with educational institutions

• Updating Job Profiles and Descriptions

• Assisting in designing the induction plan for new hires

• Assists in various HR initiatives

Qualifications

• BSc/ MSc will be preferred in Human Resources or other relevant field

• Proficient in leveraging social media for recruitment

• Up to 3 years of experience in HR department

• Excellent command of MS Office

• Eagerness to learn

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
