Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a global healthcare company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: 
 

Customer Service Specialist


Job Description:

  • Promptly address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Process customer orders accurately within the SAP system
  • Maintain daily communication with the Third-Party Logistics provider to coordinate shipping information and resolve distribution-related issues
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Receivable, Finance, and Supply Chain, to support daily operational activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality and professional customer service
  • Provide sales data and reports to relevant internal stakeholders


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Excel, any other BI tool will be considered as an asset
  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer service-related experience or administrative experience is
  • beneficial
  • Prior experience to SAP will be considered as an asset
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
