Your responsibilities as a Helpdesk Administrator will include:

• Handling correspondence and managing incoming calls 
• Supporting the review and verification of subsidy application files, ensuring their completeness
• Assisting with basic financial tasks
• Assisting the GRC & Internal Audit team
• Handling sensitive information with discretion

Προσόντα

The required qualifications for this Helpdesk Administrator role are:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of the english language and fluency in greek
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and computer use
