#About YourTeam

The Private Equity, M&A, Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory team is being setup as part of CFA practice. The team will advise on acquisitions, divestments, buy-outs and capital raisings across the above mentioned sectors, a significant number of which will be cross-border or international in nature. The team will work closely with the Private Market Advisory that provides consulting advice to public and private sector, and the Financial Investors and Institutional Tax teams that cover all the major sources of capital - Private Equity, Pension funds, Listed institutional landlord. As such, the team will have visibility across a wide spectrum of interesting real estate and infrastructure situations and access to global capital sources.

As a Business Analyst/Consultant in our Real Estate M&A and Corporate Finance Advisory Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

 

A career within Real Estate M&A and Corporate Finance Advisory team will provide a wide & valuable experience in an exciting and dynamic working & learning environment. The role will position you to support on all aspects of an M&A engagement which include the following activities:

 

  • Develop initiatives and solutions by collecting and analyzing data to support the formulation of solutions for clients through the preparation of Business Plans, Information Memoranda, and Financial Modeling.
  • Support financial advisory professionals in M&A advisory and debt restructuring activities.
  • Conduct valuations of companies, business units, and tangible and intangible assets.
  • Prepare presentations and teasers to support top management and decision-making bodies.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and share them promptly with the rest of the team.

 

#Your Profile

Must-have qualifications

  • Master’s degree in EconomicsManagement or similar field (preferably with a specialization in finance and financial markets).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, market analysis, solid mathematical and accounting knowledge, and familiarity with the main business valuation methodologies.
  • Strong interest in M&A, Real Estate, Private Ecquity
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical and systematic problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for work, including abroad.
