Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an IT Project Management Officer to join our team.
Αρμοδιότητες
- Feed dashboards with data and facilitate monitoring of IT Projects.
- Provide a centralized management structure for all project management functions.
- Assist in IT projects by coordinating resources and timetables.
- Provide project portfolio basic reporting capabilities (reports/dashboards).
- Monitor and resolve semi complex issues with project managers and stakeholders.
- Creates tactical and carries out ad hoc analysis of IT Projects implementation progress.
- Provide a centralized management structure for all project management functions.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Project Management Office (PMO)
- B.Sc. in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a PMO environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and dashboard/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
