As an Account Manager at CollegeLink, you'll be:

  1. Client Guru: Serve as the ultimate point of contact for all customer account matters. Be the bridge between clients and our internal teams.

  2. Relationship Builder: Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients. Become their go-to for all things business.

  3. Service Maestro: Fully understand our array of services. Personalize and pitch custom offers to clients to meet their unique needs.

  4. Business Grower: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Meet sales quotas by upselling and reselling.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Account Management
  • 0-2 years of experience in a B2B Account Manager role in the recruitment sector

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various software tools

  • Fluent in English

  • Customer-first mentality

  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Empathy to understand customer needs and negotiation skills
