Leasing Operations (multiple levels)(on behalf of Alpha Leasing S.A.)

Location: Thessaloniki

Alpha Leasing Single Member S.A., a Subsidiary of the Alpha Bank Group that offers financial leasing for corporate customers, is looking to hire professionals of multiple levels.

1)Leasing Operations Associate &

2)Leasing Operations Team Leader


The jobholders will be responsible for servicing Wholesale customers, implementing financial leasing approvals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and the applicable regulatory framework.

The ideal candidate should be customer oriented and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus knowledge of financial statement analysis as well as of importation and customs clearance procedures.

 

What you will be doing


  • Manage and develop customer portfolios, including preparing financial leasing proposals and signing contractual documents.
  • Implement approved financial leasing applications and provide after-sales services.
  • Cooperate with third parties (e.g., insurance companies, appraisal firms, notary public officers, lawyers) and handle procedures.
  • Monitor on-time payments of installments.


For the Team Leader position:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Branch.
  • Coordinate the team's daily actions regarding the implementation of procedures, monitoring working progress.
  • Deliver leasing proposals to the respective committees.
  • Monitor the leasing process throughout, including collateral registration and deletion and the transfer of the leased assets at the end of the lease.


What you need to have


  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or any other related field.
  • A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related fields will be considered an asset.
  • Two (2) yearsof working experience in banking/leasing, ideally in a customer service role.
  • For the Team Leader position:At least five (5) yearsof working experience in banking/leasing, ideally as a team leader in a relationship management role, especially for corporate clients.
  • Excellent use of both Greek and English language.
  • Advanced use of the MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
