Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Limassol or Athens.

This role involves detailed financial reporting, analysis of profitability and cash flow per unit, and plays a pivotal role in providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

What you’ll be doing:

Consolidate and analyze financial data in line with company objectives
Collect and maintain accurate financial data
Prepare regular reports incorporating key metrics such as revenue, profitability, cash flow, and other relevant KPIs
Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all financial reporting activities
Conduct in-depth analysis of profitability and cash flow for our units
Identify financial trends and assess business performance against key benchmarks
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Analyze financial data to predict future trends and project company financials
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team
Advise on potential corrective actions and opportunities for financial optimization
Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to analyze data
Communicate financial insights and implications to management and team members in a clear, concise manner
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and adherence to best practices in financial management

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, or equivalent are considered a plus
Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in the real estate or related sector
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools is key
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
Ability to meticulously communicate and present to C-level executives
