Customer Service Specialist - Part Time  (Kifissia)

Job Description

•    Provides customer service support.
•    Receives, processes, and invoices customer orders while ensuring effective communication.
•    Ensures zero tolerance for non-compliance with local legislation, ethical procurement practices, and internal guidelines/procedures.
•    Supports customer communications, handles customer sales orders, processes invoices, and enhances overall customer interaction.

Candidate Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience 
•    Excellent command of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
•    Very good knowledge of English Language
•    SAP knowledge would be considered as an asset 
•    Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
•    Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
•    Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
