Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational FMCG company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position.

People Insights Analyst (Remote)

Job Description:

• Execute the reporting of the bi-annual Culture & Engagement Survey across 29 markets
• Produce the results decks to be shared with each market as well as the Group Function Heads in close collaboration with the People Listening and Insights Manager
• Identify success and risk areas and report these back to the business
• Responsible for the Text Analytics Reporting
• Enforce HR Data Standards, including documenting who should have access to data and reports
• Maintain appropriate HR report documentation and a library of accessible reports for easy reference
• You will co-create and execute with the Group Leadership, Culture & Inclusion team high quality communications and engagement plans and materials for diverse audiences


 Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Research/Insights or Reporting role in a business environment
• Super-expert skills in Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Attention to detail
• Excellent social and networking skills
• Bachelor degree in economics would be a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written English
