We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. As the first HR professional in our company, you will play a pivotal role in building our future HR department. You will work closely with the entire management team and the CEO on various HR projects, leading initiatives to shape and develop our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR operations and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Αρμοδιότητες

1. Talent Acquisition:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source and attract top talent through various channels.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.

2. HR Operations:

Oversee HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage partnerships with recruitment agencies, benefits providers, and other HR vendors.
Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
Design and use HRIS to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures.

3. Employer Branding

Manage and enhance the company's presence on social media and job boards.
Organize and manage all internal events, including monthly company updates, celebration events, and the annual employee BootCamp.
Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content that showcases the employee experience.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
A team player who is motivated, creative, and capable of multitasking and working independently with minimal supervision.
Results-oriented with keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
Proficient in both oral and written English and Greek.
