Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, is headquartered in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 10:30-19:00, on a non-fixed contract for the logistics department.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management

Handling exports procedures

Ensuring company's database is updated

Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies
-
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field

Up to two years of experience - this is an entry-level position

Excellent knowledge of English

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
