Customer Experience & Data Analyst
Job Description
• Develop and implement data-driven customer experience strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Advanced Excel, Power BI) to analyze customer journeys, segment audiences, and optimize CRM systems for improved ROI.
• Design and refine KPI dashboards to monitor campaign performance and customer journey effectiveness across various departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline operational processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform customer engagement strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize customer service operations, ensuring high productivity and financial efficiency.
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in Customer Experience and Digital Operations, preferably within fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic customer engagement.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer journey mapping techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Data Reporting, or similar fields are a plus
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in CX and Business Analysis
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to digital transformation
