ABOUT THE JOB
The People Partner is a dynamic and tactical HR professional who serves as a dedicated HR point of contact for employees and leaders alike. This role is a bridge between Business and People & Culture, acting as a mediator and facilitator, a consultant who can also execute. The role is designed to support and enhance our people strategy through strong relationships, effective communication, and actionable insights. As a trusted partner, you will drive key people initiatives in employee relations, engagement, performance management, development, and organizational change. The role reports to the Head of People & Culture.
What we will trust you with:
1. Dedicated HR SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
· Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices. Redirect requests towards the rest of the P&C team when needed and facilitate the interaction.
· Offer responsive, solution-oriented support to address employee inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
· Ensure the seamless execution of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
2. Employee Relations
· Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair treatment and fostering a positive working environment.
· Act as a mediator in conflict resolution, maintaining a balanced and impartial approach.
· Guide managers and employees on addressing performance, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges.
3. Employee Engagement
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
· Conduct regular surveys, feedback sessions, and pulse checks to measure engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
· Partner with leadership to create initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
4. Business Needs Collection
· Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand departmental objectives, challenges, and people-related needs.
· Use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend HR interventions aligned with business goals.
· Ensure HR solutions are tailored to meet the evolving needs of the business.
5. Performance Management
· Support and drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration and feedback loops.
· Coach managers on providing constructive feedback and developing performance improvement plans.
· Monitor and report on performance trends, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
6. Employee Development
· Partner with employees and leaders to identify growth and development opportunities.
· Implement tailored learning and development programs to enhance skills, leadership capabilities, and career progression.
· Encourage a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement across all levels of the organization.
· Act as a safeguard for the internal mobility process and ensure alignment between the employee’s wishes and organizational needs.
7. Organizational Change Management
· Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring, system changes, or process updates.
· Communicate change efforts clearly and effectively, addressing employee concerns and fostering buy-in.
· Guide teams through periods of transformation, minimizing disruption and maintaining high morale.
8. Coaching & Support
· Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders and employees on topics such as leadership development, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
· Offer support and guidance to individuals navigating complex career decisions or challenging work situations.
· Help leaders improve their people management skills, fostering a coaching culture throughout the organization.
ABOUT YOU
You are a people-centric professional with a strong foundation in People & Culture, known for your ability to build relationships and drive positive change. You are a proactive problem-solver who listens closely to the needs of both employees and business leaders, offering tailored solutions that align with organizational goals. With your passion for coaching and employee development, you're committed to creating an engaged and high-performing workforce. You’re someone who works with empathy, communicates clearly, and is always looking for ways to improve both individual and organizational success.
You have a proven track record in an HRBP or People Partner role, supporting Tech professionals, with a focus on culture, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You hold Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
What you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a HR BP role in tech industry
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think tactically while maintaining attention to detail. You need to be able to see the big picture and make sure you drive aligned initiatives on the ground.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proven track record in resolving employee relations issues and driving employee engagement.
- Experience with performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Strong organizational and change management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Very strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in change.
