Join Our Growing Valuations Team at DANOS
We are seeking an experienced RICS Registered Valuer to join our dynamic Valuations Team in Nicosia. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our Commercial and Residential Valuations business, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with our Partners to further develop the team. Our Nicosia-based team covers the entire Cyprus market, working on a diverse range of properties including:
- Commercial investment properties
- Operational assets
- Residential and mixed-use developments
- Development appraisals
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct valuations for financial reporting, loan security, and other valuation needs in line with RICS Valuation Standards.
- Perform property inspections, calculate floor/site areas, research comparables, and analyze market trends.
- Review leases, development agreements, and company trading data to support valuations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in the valuation sector.
- Assist in the delivery of major valuation projects and provide detailed financial and client reporting.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the team’s business strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- RICS Chartered Surveyor & Registered Valuer with strong experience in commercial and residential valuations.
- In-depth knowledge of local market trends, legislation, and valuation methodologies.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Full driving license (travel across Cyprus will be required).
