Active Group is looking for a Software Support Specialist to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
You will provide technical support for ERP applications to end customers, offering daily advisory services based on their needs. Additionally, you'll manage requests and proposals for improvements regarding application usage and evolution.
Αρμοδιότητες
- Customize and configure ERP based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain custom modules and functionalities (customs)
- Design and implement integrations between ERP and 3rd party systems
- Support internal teams in the use and development of two in-house ERP installations
- Identify and troubleshoot technical and business process issues across ERP installations
- Contribute to the technical roadmap of ERP deployment, ensuring business continuity and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionalities with operational needs
- Participate in rollout and onboarding of new installations
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Business Intelligence
Software Project Management
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as ERP Consultant, ideally with SOFTONE ERP platform
- Good knowledge of ERP configuration, parameterization, and customization
- Experience with ERP integrations using APIs, connectors, or middleware tools
- Power BI will be considered a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
