pawaTech is looking for a Data Analyst with a strong grasp of sports trading and betting, and an inherent passion for teamwork and a collaborative spirit. As a part of our Risk and Trading team, you will be responsible for preparing reports, identifying patterns in sports and betting data, and turning insights into actionable suggestions that support internal stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing reports based on internal sports and betting data;
- Searching for patterns and abnormalities that can support business decisions;
- Creating presentations and reporting packs for internal teams;
- Validating data and ensuring accuracy in all reporting tasks;
- Responding to ad-hoc analysis requests and contributing to ongoing projects;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align reporting with business needs.
What makes you a great candidate:
- Hands-on experience with sports trading, betting, or related data;
- Confident working with SQL, Excel, Looker, and visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau;
- Understanding sports deeply, either as a fan or participant, and knowing how to spot patterns others might miss;
- Curious, analytical, and comfortable working in a task-flow and ad-hoc environment;
- Strong communication skills, capable of turning complex data into simple, valuable insights.
