Due to our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Software Business Analyst in the area of Thessaloniki.

• Analyze business requirements from customers and translate them into detailed software specifications and workflows
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and software developers to design integrated logistics solutions
• Act as a coordinator between customers, business units and technical teams by participating in solution design sessions
• Create documentation related to process flows, interfaces, UI/UX design and test cases
• Assist the project manager regarding software issues

• Bachelor’s degree or Certifications in IT or in a relevant field
• Basic knowledge of programming languages.
• Knowledge of RDBMS technologies (SQL)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
• Very good communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international multicultural environment
