As a Junior Compensation Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• preparing detailed reports and recommendations based on the collected data to assist senior HR professionals in making informed decisions
• assisting in the administration of payroll budget, annual review processes, salary adjustments, and incentive programs
•  collect and analyze data on salaries and benefits to ensure the company's compensation program is both equitable and competitive.
• maintaining accurate and up-to-date compensation records, providing ongoing support to HR and management teams

The qualifications for this Junior Compensation Analyst position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Polytechnic Schools, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Human Recourses Management will be considered as an asset
• Advanced Excel user
