As an IT Support Specialist, your duties will be the following:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users.
• Collaborate with an external IT partner and internal teams to oversee and maintain the existing IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and Domain Controller.
• Conduct regular checks on the IT infrastructure, identify potential issues proactively, and suggest improvements.
• Set up new equipment for users, including computers and monitors, and conducting market research for hardware purchases
• Assist with setting up IT access and equipment for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

In order for your profile to match this IT Support Specialist position, you need to have the following:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support.
• BSc degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policies, and Domain Controller.
• Understanding of network troubleshooting.
• Experience with VM environments and cloud platforms (Azure experience is a plus).
• Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
