Payroll Associate
Job Description
• Process payroll for employees monthly
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations
Candidate Profile
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• Proven experience in payroll processing or a related HR/Accounting role
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations
• Proficiency in payroll software
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
