Providing technical support for ENTERSOFT SOFTONE applications to end customers.

Daily servicing and provision of advisory services according to customer needs.

Managing requests/proposals for customer improvement regarding the usage and evolution of the applications.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
-
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or a related field

Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)

Familiarity with software is considered a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
