#YourRole


You will work on the following activities, in response to the requests of the People Transformation Lead and the People Culture and Strategy Lead.

The activities will be performed autonomously but following well defined and standard guidelines given by the core team.


PMO and Cost Monitoring(to be performed usually the second and third week of each month)

  • Cost monitoring: Checking the actual costs sent by Finance against the budgeted costs; checking the Purchase Orders extracted from SAP ARIBA with the invoiced quantities to highlight the residual quantities and values; be able to write a summary of main issues and actions to be performed.
  • PMO: Monitoring project deadlines, updating the plan on Excel, and preparing PowerPoint presentations of key figures.


Purchase requests management

  • Purchase requests submission: data entry into the Deloitte ERP system, based on information and guidelines given
  • Liaison with HR offices to address potential clarification requests from the Procurement and Compliance offices
  • Purchase request workflow monitoring and liaison with the internal offices to speed up the approval steps


Alumni project

  • Manage an Alumni database that includes personal data and current job positions of about 600-1000 people previously employed in one of the Italian Deloitte firms. The database will be previously built by the candidate, gathering information from external sites (LinkedIn or Global tools) and then maintained by the candidate always up to date.
  • The database data should also be matched with Jupiter CRM to check for dependencies.
  • Mapping of existing best practices and developing a list of contents and templates for targeted groups.

The ideal candidate should cover the following requirements:


  • University degree in STEM, Business or relevant
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of the main elements of the account payable cycle
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and autonomy in managing assigned tasks is required.
  • Excellent relational and communication skills
  • Fluent knowledge of English (written and oral)
  • Italian knowledge would be a preferential skill
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving capability
