• Daily Operations: Monitoring the day-to-day production life of the service (e.g., batch cut-off compliance, regular opening/closing/restart of the service, performance levels, response times, etc.).
• Availability Management: Adjusting and controlling monitoring, gathering SLA data, defining and reviewing SLA reports, supporting incident outage calculations, and checking for contract breaches.
• Incident Management: Coordinating incidents and initiating the escalation procedure.
• Problem Management: Identifying recurrent incidents with the same root cause and proposing improvements or preventive initiatives (e.g., crash programs, new projects, new monitoring, etc.).
• Release Management: Checking and approving all production releases, supporting deployment phases, and conducting post-implementation reviews.
• Change Management: Evaluating new changes/project initiatives and addressing their development according to non-functional requirements.
• Capacity Planning: Planning and sizing IT and HR resources to manage future volumes according to seasonal peaks or new business initiatives.
• BC/DR: Supporting the planning and execution of recurrent disaster recovery tests.
• Continuous Service Improvement: Identifying and initiating new initiatives for the service’s long-term improvement.
• Project-Oriented Activities: Engaging in various project-related tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Linux, server software such as JBoss, Tomcat, and relational DBMS such as Oracle or MySQL.
• Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
