Responsibilities
- Stay updated on the bank’s full range of products and services and provide customers with information and guidance to ensure they select products, that best meet their financial needs
- Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell the Bank’s products and services
- Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions comply with the bank policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Statistics, Business Administration or related field
- MSc in related fields will be considered an asset
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a field related to Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and ability to handle pressure
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
