Working Model: On-Site
You will be reporting to: IT Manager
What you will do:
• Support the IT Manager in daily IT operations
• Monitor and update Windows systems, firmware, firewall,cybersecurity, antivirus, and other technological infrastructure
• Manage technical issues and provide user support for systems and software
• Offer first-level support to employees for software and hardware problems
• Ensure data security and protection of IT systems
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the IT Manager to ensure efficient department operations
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Tech/Helpdesk Support
• Experience with ERP systems is a strong asset (preferably Entersoft)
• Knowledge of Windows Domain Services and Office 365
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, organization, and consistency
• Good knowledge of English language
