As a Digital Associate some of your main tasks will include:

• Collect feedback and requirements from business teams to help guide improvements in digital tools and user experience
• Coordinate and support the implementation of new platform features, including documentation, testing, and feedback collection.
• Monitor reported issues and support their resolution, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and system consistency
• Contribute to maintaining clean and accurate data by following defined standards and assisting in validation and clean-up activities
• Help generate performance reports and dashboards that turn data into actionable insights for business teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure effective rollout and adoption of digital capabilities
• Identify areas for process optimization and contribute ideas to enhance the overall digital journey

The requirements for the Digital Associate role are:

• Play an active role in launching digital features that support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Strengthen data integrity and reporting by supporting ongoing quality and compliance initiatives.
• Help stabilize and improve digital systems by managing incoming requests and issue tracking.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data, or a related field.
• Good analytical skills and familiarity with digital performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.).
• Basic understanding of project methodologies and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital coordination, operations, or project support role.
