Job description

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with IFRS/GAAP
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure accurate statutory filing
• Implement and maintain credit policies by customer territory and account type
• Perform variance analysis and track key financial KPIs
• Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior management on risks and opportunities
• Prepare regular management reports to support business decisions
• Act as point of contact for auditors and external stakeholders on finance matters
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions as required
• Work closely with the Treasury team to ensure proper liquidity and cash-flow planning

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. MBA or Master’s in Finance will be considered a plus
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA will be highly appreciated
• At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, or analysis
• Solid knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and external reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in credit risk assessment and accounts receivable management
• Good relationship-building skills with banks and external partners
• Clear and effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
