Job Description

As a Client Growth Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial strategy—connecting with HR leaders, understanding their challenges, and offering tailored solutions that drive real impact. You’ll combine consultative selling with strategic account development to fuel our growth.

•Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR and talent space.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers

•Understand client needs and propose tailored services

•Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets

•Stay updated on market trends and industry developments

•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Candidate Profile

•Bachelor’s degree in finance/ business administration, or a related field

•Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

•Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

•Target-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
